About IPM

IPM was founded over 60 years ago by four local churches—Armstrong Chapel, St. Timothy’s, St. Thomas, and Indian Hill Church—who believed they could make a greater impact by working together. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a dynamic nonprofit focused on fighting food insecurity. From our first pantry in Newtown to the opening of our new 12,000 sq. ft. facility in Mt. Carmel—made possible by a $5 million capital campaign—IPM continues to expand access to food for families in need. Since relocating, we’ve seen a 50% increase in food distributed.

Neighbors drive up to receive biweekly groceries, including meat, eggs, dairy, and produce.

Mobile Food Pantries

We bring groceries to communities across Southeast Ohio, distributing food at various locations.

Pop-up Food Pantries

Pop-Up Pantries connect families with food and resources, fostering community engagement and partnerships.

IPM FoodLink

We supply food to schools, churches, housing complexes, and agencies, improving access for families.

Fresh Start Kitchen

We provide families starting over with essential kitchen items to help them prepare meals in their new homes.

Our backpacks provide essential items for unhoused individuals, distributed through social service agencies.

Power Packs

Our Power Packs provide weekend meals for students, distributed through partner schools.
